By visiting our website, submitting a quote request, or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement. 2. Quotes and Pricing All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, and accessibility of the property. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved by the customer before work begins. All prices are listed in USD. 3. Payments Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, ACH, or digital payment methods (e.g., Zelle, Venmo, etc.). Late payments may be subject to additional fees after 7 days. Returned payments may incur a processing fee. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues. 5. Property Access & Preparation Customers must ensure all vehicles, furniture, and personal belongings are moved from cleaning areas before service begins. Access to water and electricity is required for most services. Washed Up Exterior Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, oxidized surfaces, or leaks caused by old seals, windows, or fixtures. 6. Liability Disclaimer While every effort is made to ensure safe and damage-free cleaning: We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, age, or prior wear of surfaces or materials. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, discoloration, or oxidation. Our services are performed with professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions that are eco-friendly and surface-safe when used as directed. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours and we will re-inspect or re-treat the affected area at no additional cost (if applicable). 8. Intellectual Property All text, images, logos, and content on this website are owned by Washed Up Exterior Cleaning LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. 9. Privacy Policy Any personal information submitted through our forms or communications is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of scheduling and providing services.
