At Washed Up Exterior Cleaning LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services and complete customer satisfaction.
This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for our clients.
General Policy
All sales and service payments made to Washed Up Exterior Cleaning LLC are final once a service has been completed.
Refunds are only issued in cases of verified dissatisfaction, service error, or inability to complete the work as agreed.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can review and, if necessary, return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment without penalty.

Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 fee to cover lost scheduling time and travel costs.

If our team arrives and cannot access the property (locked gates, no water, vehicles blocking work areas, etc.), a $40 trip fee may apply.

We reserve the right to reschedule any service due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or equipment issues without penalty to the customer.
Refund Eligibility
A full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion under the following conditions:

The service was not completed due to our error or unavoidable issues on our end.

The customer contacted us within 48 hours of completion to report a verified service deficiency and we are unable to correct it.

A prepaid service was cancelled by the company before work began.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Dissatisfaction resulting from pre-existing conditions (oxidation, paint wear, damaged siding, leaks, etc.) disclosed or visible before service.

Failure to provide adequate access (locked gates, lack of water, blocked areas).

Cancellations after arrival at the job site.

Services completed as quoted and agreed upon.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not happy with the results, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll re-inspect and re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost whenever possible.
We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.
