Cancellation Policy

At Washed Up Exterior Cleaning LLC, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality service to each of our clients. To ensure efficiency and fairness for all scheduled appointments, the following booking policies apply. A down payment may be required for larger or specialized jobs to secure your appointment. This payment confirms your booking and is applied toward your total balance. The remaining amount will be due immediately upon completion of the service. All payments must be made in full by cash, card, or approved digital payment methods before the end of the scheduled service date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Requests made within 24 hours of service will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged up to the full amount of the scheduled service. Because scheduling requires time and resource allocation, same-day cancellations or missed appointments cannot be refunded or credited toward future services. If inclement weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent service on our end, we will promptly contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time. Safety is always our top priority, and we reserve the right to postpone any job that presents hazardous conditions. Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to water hookups, electrical outlets (if applicable), and all areas to be cleaned. Please remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, or other obstructions before our arrival. For the safety of our crew and your pets, all animals must remain indoors for the full duration of the appointment. Washed Up Exterior Cleaning LLC is not liable for damage to unsecured items, pre-existing wear or deterioration, or surfaces affected by prior improper cleaning or sealing. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
